What is happening?
RED ROUTE) ORDER 2008) (VARIATION) (No. 4) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council have made
an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49,
53,101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) the effect of which will be as
follows:
• To relocate the existing Red Route Bus Stop Clearway on
STRATFORD ROAD, HALL GREEN NORTH, outside the Horseshoe
Public House to a new location approximately 20 metres in a
southerly direction.
The Order will come into operation on 17th October 2025.
A copy of the Order together with the plans and a statement of
the Council’s reasons will be made available on request. (Contact

If any person wishes to question the validity of this Order or of
any of the provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not
within the powers conferred by the Act or on the grounds that any
requirements of the Act or any instrument made under it has not
been complied with in relation to this Order may within 6 weeks
from the 16th October 2025 apply to the High Court for this
purpose.
