What is happening?

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North East
Lincolnshire Borough Council have made, an Order,
the effect of which will be that no person shall cause
or permit any motor vehicle, pedestrian or cycle from
PROCEEDING along the below sections of highway:
NORTH MOSS LANE – From the westerly boundary
of BCA KIA in a easterly direction for a distance of 480
metres. Alternate Route: South Marsh Road, Station Road,
A1173, Mathew Ford Way, Kiln Lane, North Moss Lane
(reverse route applies)
The dates for these works will take place from 08:00
to 17:00 only on weekdays from Monday to Friday
during the period of the 3rd November 2025 to the 14th
November 2025.
Access to premises and businesses will be maintained.
SOUTH MARSH ROAD - Part length from its junction
with NORTH MOSS LANE and SOUTH MARSH LANE
BRIDLEWAY, in a south westerly direction, for a distance
of 450 metres.
Alternate Route: South Marsh Road, Station Road, A1173,
Mathew Ford Way, Kiln Lane, North Moss Lane (reverse
route applies)
The dates for these works will take place from 00:00 on
3rd November 2025 to 23:59 14th November 2025.
MIDDLETHORPE ROAD - Part length from its junction
with BRIAN AVENUE, in a south easterly direction, for a
distance of 440 metres.
Alternate Route: Middlethorpe Road, Taylors Avenue, Brian
Avenue (reverse route applies)
The dates for these works will take place from 08:00 to
17:00 on 30th October 2025 to 05th November 2025.
PELHAM ROAD - Part length from its junction with
WASHDYKE LANE, in a north easterly direction, for a
distance of 410 metres, to its junction with WORSLEY
ROAD.
Alternate Route: Pelham Road - B1210- A1173 - A180 -
A160 - A1173 Manby Road - Pelham Road (reverse route
applies)
The dates for these works will take place from 21:00 on
13th November to 04:00 on the 14th November.
 KINGS ROAD - Part length from its junction with PELHAM
ROAD, in a south easterly direction, for a distance of 350
metres.
Alternate Route: Kings Road, A1173, A180 Junction
Roundabout, A1173, B1210, , Immingham Road, Habrough
Road, A160, Manby Road, A1173, Pelham Road (reverse
route applies)
The dates for these works will take place from 19:00 to
04:00 on 12th November 2025 to 14th November 2025.
VICTORIA STREET NORTH - Part length, on the
NORTHBOUND LANE, from its crossroads junction
with MARKET STREET AND FREEPORT WHARF, in a
northern direction, for a distance of 425 metres.
Alternate Route: A180, Boulevard Avenue, A1136, Victoria
Street South
The dates for these works will take place from 20:30
on 15th November 2025 to 04:00 on the 16th November
and 17:00 on the 16th of November to 04:00 17th
November 2025.
Access to premises will be maintained.
VICTORIA STREET NORTH - Part length, on the
SOUTHBOUND LANE, from its crossroads junction
with MARKET STREET AND FREEPORT WHARF, in a
northern direction, for a distance of 425 metres.
Alternate Route: A180, Boulevard Avenue, A1136, Victoria
Street South
The dates for these works will take place from 19:00
14th November 2025 to 04:00 17th November 2025.
This temporary prohibition is required because works
are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the
road by North east Lincolnshire Council .These works are
detailed as carriageway resurfacing and road markings.
The Order will come into operation on Thursday, 30
October 2025, and will continue in force for a period not
exceeding 18 months unless extended for a further period
by the Secretary of State for Transport, or until completion
of the works (whichever is the earlier).
The closure is expected to remain in place until Monday,
17 November 2025. Definitive dates and times will be
notified with on-site advanced warning signs.
The dates and times above are correct at the point of
print however implementation on site may vary due
to unforeseen circumstances. Diversion routes will be
