(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING AT ANY TIME ORDER)
ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council made an Order, the effect of which is to;
(i) Temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along Manchester Road – Old Section from its junction with Dane Street for its entire length to opposite its junction with its junction with Tweedale Street outside Beech House School
(ii) Temporary prohibit vehicles from waiting at anytime along Manchester Road – Old Section from its junction with Dane Street for its entire length to opposite its junction with Tweedale Street outside Beech House School.
The Order is required to facilitate cycle way construction within the carriageway.

The Order will be operative from 00:00 on the 18th October 2025 until 23:59 on the 16th November 2025.

The alternative route for vehicles will be via Manchester Road access will be maintained.
(NEWHEY ROAD, MILNROW)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICLES AND TEMPORARY
PROHIBITION OF WAITING AT ANY TIME ORDER) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council made
an Order, the effect of which is to;
(i) Temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along Newhey Road, Milnrow from its junction with Heaton Street to its junction with Royds Street for a distance of 20 metres in a northerly direction.
(ii) Temporary prohibit vehicles from waiting at anytime along Newhey Road, Milnrow from its junction with Heaton Street to its junction with Royds Street for a distance of 20 metres in a northerly direction.
The Order is required to facilitate sewer repairs within the carriageway.
The Order will be operative from 08:00 on the 20th October 2025 until 23:59 on the 31st October 2025.
The alternative route for vehicles will be via Newhey Road, Dale Street, Bridge Street, Elizabethan Way & vice versa.
(CLAY STREET & STARRING WAY, LITTLEBOROUGH)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICLES AND TEMPORARY
PROHIBITION OF WAITING AT ANY TIME ORDER)
ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council made an Order, the effect of which is to;
(i) Temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along and waiting at any time along: -
• Clay Street – from its junction with Featherstall Road to its junction with Cecil Street
• Starring Way – from its junction with Cecil Street to its junction with Farm Walk.
The Order is required to facilitate the safe resurfacing of the
carriageway.
The Order will be operative from 08:00 hours until 18:00 hours on each day from the 3rd November 2025 until the 1st December 2025.
Access and egress will be maintained when it is safe to do so.
