What is happening?
SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL
Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2021 (Variation No. 10) Order 2025
Notice is GIVEN of Swindon Borough Council’s intention to make the above Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is to introduce ‘no waiting at any time’ on Eastbury Way and Addinsell Road, Swindon.
A copy of the documents for the Order may be inspected online at www.swindon.gov.uk/trafficregulationorders
Objections or representations to the proposed Order should be made by completing the consultation form which can be found at www.swindon.gov.uk/trafficregulationorders under ‘Stage 2 – Formal consultation’ with reference (ST/TRO/Eastbury Way) by no later than 31 October 2025.
Any objection or representation received will form part of a public record which may be made publicly available.
