What is happening?
THE FLINTSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (OFF – STREET PARKING PLACES – WEPRE PARK, CONNAH’S QUAY. CAR PARK 1 AND 2) (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT) ORDER 202-
Notice is hereby given that Flintshire County Council ("the Council") under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Traffic Management Act 2004, and all other enabling powers, intends to make the above named Order ("the Proposed Order") the effect of which in respect of the parking place listed in the Schedule to this notice will be:
1. To regulate the use and set the parking charges in the following Parking Place:
FOR THE ROADS AND DETAILS PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE NOTICE (pdf format) SHOWN AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE.
The proposed Order specifies the conditions under which the parking places can be used. A copy of the Notice, the proposed Order, plans and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal opening hours at Flintshire Connects, Wepre Drive, Connah’s Quay CH5 4HA. The documents will also be available to be viewed on our website at www.Flintshire.gov.uk > Resident > Roads, Streets and Travel > Traffic Regulation Orders or you can request a copy of the documents by emailing transportstrategyconsultation@flintshire.gov.uk or by calling 01352701234. Objections to the proposed Order, together with the grounds on which they are made, should be sent in writing to the undersigned by Friday 31st October 2025 or by emailing transportstrategyconsultation@flintshire.gov.uk quoting reference PS/OFS-WPCQ 1 and 2 /JB.
