Temporary Orders The Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) The County of Cornwall (A3082 Between Polmear Hill And Four Turnings Roundabout, Polmear Hill, Fowey)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Fowey. This prohibition is necessary for principal road maintenance and gully emptying works and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th November 2025 to 19th November 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekdays only. Roads affected - A3082 Between Polmear Hill And Four Turnings Roundabout, Polmear Hill, Fowey from B3415/ B3269 at Four Turnings to Polpey Lane. An alternative route will be signed on site. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 17th November 2025 to 18th November 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only. Road affected - Rashleigh Lane, Fowey from No 11 to junction with Lankelly Lane.
