Mae Cyngor Sir Powys yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn o dan Adrannau 1, 2 a 4 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig y Ffyrdd 1984.

Effaith y gorchymyn yw ei gwneud yn anghyfreithlon i unrhyw berson achosi neu ganiatáu i unrhyw gerbyd aros ar neu o fewn y ffordd gerbydau, mannau pasio, mynedfeydd neu ymsyln o darn hwnnw o Ffordd Ddosbarthedig Sirol y C2219 o’i chyffordd â Ffordd Ddiddosbarth y Sir yr U5125 am bellter o oddeutu 4.4 cilometr i gyfeiriad y gogledd-orllewin hyd at ddiwedd y C2219.

(C2219, Waterfall Road, Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant) (Clearway) Order 202_

Powys County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the order is to make it unlawful for any person to cause or permit any vehicle to wait on or within the carriageway, passing bays, accesses or verges of that length of the C2219 County Classified Road from its junction with the U5125 County Unclassified Road for a distance of approximately 4.4 kilometres in a north west direction to the end of the C2219.

A copy of the draft Order and maps showing the lengths of road concerned with a statement of the Council’s reasons, may be examined during office hours at County Hall, Llandrindod Wells, LD1 5LG, or online at https://en.powys.gov.uk/trafficconsult

Objections and other representations to the proposed Order must be sent in writing to the undersigned by the 9th November 2025.
