Multiple Roads, Havering - Waiting and Parking Restriction Amendments
What is happening?
LONDON BOROUGH OF HAVERING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Havering proposes to make amendments to the following Orders as follows under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended:

(WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING RESTRICTIONS)
(MAP BASED) (AMENDMENT No.*) ORDER 202*
TPO 1256
a) Introduce no waiting at any time restrictions on;
i) Moor Lane, outside nos. 83, 85, 87 and 89
ii) Glenton Way, around the bend fronting no. 22
iii) Cree Way at its junction with Bene Way and its southern side
iv) Dunster Close, at its junction with Dover Close and to the sides of nos. 19 and 25 Dunster Close
v) Dudley Road, outside nos. 32 to 36 and 34 to 38.
vi) Settle Road, at the park entrance and the entrance to Drapers Academy car park
vii) Regarth Avenue, at its junction with South Street and either side of the access road to the side of no. 17
viii) Maybank Avenue, opposite nos. 1, 3 and 5
ix) Athelstan Close, at its junction with Athelstan Road, extending to cover the northern and western kerblines and fronting no. 12
x) Berkeley Avenue, at its junction with Lawns Way, extending to cover the side of no. 80 Lawns Way
xi) Calbourne Avenue, fronting no. 83 and extending to cover the rear access to no.16 Coronation Drive
b) Extend no waiting at any time restrictions on;
i) Findon Gardens, to the side of no.11 Ellis Avenue
ii) Collier Row Lane, fronting nos. 159 and 161
c) Change the existing Monday to Saturday 8am to 8pm waiting restriction to apply at any time on Justums Lane, at its junction with Weald Way
d) Change the existing Monday to Saturday 8:30am to 6:30pm waiting restriction to apply at any time on the junction of Venette Close and Wennington Road and extending on the eastern side of Venette Close, to cover no. 1
e) Introduce two school keep clear markings operational Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm on Settle Road, fronting Site Academy
f) Introduce a school keep clear marking operational Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm on South Drive, around the turning head

Any objections or other representations about the proposed Orders can be made via the above link. Alternatively, they can be sent in writing to the Highways Traffic and Parking Group Manager Havering Town Hall, Main Road, Romford, RM1 3BB or emailed to Schemes@havering.gov.uk until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
