ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
(SOUTH NORTHAMPTONSHIRE DISTRICT) (WAITING AND LOADING
RESTRICTIONS AND ON-STREET PARKING PLACES)
(CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2009 (AMENDMENT No.33) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council proposes
to make an Order under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 32, 35 to 39, 45 to 55 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to amend The Northamptonshire County Council (South Northamptonshire District)
(Waiting and Loading Restrictions and On-Street Parking Places)
(Consolidation) Order 2009, as specified in Schedule to this Notice.
A copy of the proposed Order, a plan showing the affected lengths of road, and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing the changes may be inspected online at www.westnorthants.gov.uk  (search: Traffic Regulation Orders), or by appointment at Kier Highways, Brixworth Depot, Old Harborough Road, Brixworth, NN6 9BX (telephone 01604 529700).
MAKING REPRESENTATIONS OR OBJECTIONS
Any person wishing to object to, support, or make representations regarding the proposed Order must do so in writing, stating the grounds for their objection or representation, to: Traffic Orders Section, Kier Highways, Highways Depot, Old Harborough Road, Brixworth, Northamptonshire, NN6 9BX or by email to: WNCParkingenquiries@kier.co.uk  to be received no later than 6th November 2025.
SCHEDULE
Proposed No Waiting at Any Time Restrictions
(Double Yellow Lines) St James Road, Brackley
North side: From a point approximately 10 metres east of its junction with Oxford Road, double yellow line markings extending eastwards for a distance of approximately 285.9 metres.
South side: From a point approximately 4.2 metres east of its junction with Oxford Road, double yellow line markings extending eastwards for a distance of approximately 91.9 metres.
South side: From a point approximately 206.7 metres east of its junction with Oxford Road, double yellow line markings extending eastwards for a distance of approximately 37.5 metres.
