U32m Aboyne – Temporary Closure to Vehicular Traffic
What is happening?

U32M ABOYNE – TEMPORARY CLOSURE
“The Aberdeenshire Council (U32m Aboyne – 20.10.25) (Temporary Closure to Vehicular traffic) Order, 2025” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
The order will operate from 20.10.25 for a period of 14 days between 09:30 and 15:30 each day and will prohibit any person from driving on the U32m Aboyne from the junction with the A93 to property Hirnley.
Access will be provided for emergency and vehicles requiring access to properties but may be subject to delay until the road is cleared of construction plant to allow safe passage through the works.
The temporary restriction is necessary in the interests of public safety to allow cabling and duct works to be carried out. An alternative route is available via the U32m (Lumphanan), C30m (Lumphanan), C30m (Aboyne), A93 (Aboyne) and vice versa.
