U38m Tarland – Temporary Closure to Vehicular Traffic
What is happening?

U38M TARLAND – TEMPORARY CLOSURE
“The Aberdeenshire Council (U38m Tarland – 24.10.25) (Temporary Closure to Vehicular traffic) Order, 2025” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
The order will operate from 24.10.25 for a period of 7 days and will prohibit any person from driving on the U38m, Tarland from the junction with the C37m/U37m to road leading to Migvie House.
Access will be provided for emergency and vehicles requiring access to properties but may be subject to delay until the road is cleared of construction plant to allow safe passage through the works.
The temporary restriction is necessary in the interests of public safety to allow fibre infrastructure installation works to be carried out. An alternative route is available via the U38m (Tarland), C37m (Tarland) and vice versa.
