(TEMPORARY NO WAITING)  ORDER 2025

The Scottish Borders Council (High Street, Selkirk) (Temporary No Waiting) Order 2025 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 08:00 on 20 October 2025 and is expected to remain in effect until 18:00 on 17 November 2025. The Order is required for new supermarket fit out deliveries.

When the Order comes into effect, no person shall permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked along High Street, Selkirk opposite Number 115 to Number 117. A map showing the restriction can be seen at www.tellmescotland.gov.uk.
