What is happening?
THE ROYAL BOROUGH OF
WINDSOR & MAIDENHEAD
B4447 HIGH STREET & SCHOOL LANE,
COOKHAM (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF
DRIVING) ORDER 2025 SECTION 16A ROAD
TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead intends, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order, the effect of which will be to:-
Prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along B4447 High Street from its junction with the A4094 Sutton Road westward to its junction with School Lane. The alternative route for vehicles affected by the Order is via A4094 Sutton Road and School Lane.
The proposed Order will come into operation on Sunday 7 December 2025 between the hours of 8am and 6pm only.
