ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14

DEVON COUNTY COUNCIL

(FOOTPATH No. 23, OTTERY ST. MARY)

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council proposes to make the above titled order.

From: MONDAY, 20th OCTOBER 2025

To: MONDAY, 20th APRIL 2026

No persons shall proceed on the section of the affected path except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to that length of path.

The order will continue in force for a period not exceeding six months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner.

Public rights of way affected: FOOTPATH No. 23, OTTERY ST. MARY alongside Tumbling Weir Court and The Tumbling Weir. There is no alternative route. The closure is necessary because of repair works to the boundary of Tumbling Weir Court. Further information may be obtained by contacting Public Rights of Way 0345 155 1004.
