NOTICE OF PROPOSAL TO INSTALL A SHARED USE FOOTWAY/CYCLEWAY TOWCESTER ROAD, NORTHAMPTON
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Sections 65 and 66 of the Highways Act 1980 that West Northamptonshire Council proposes to authorise the construction of a shared use footway/cycleway at the location detailed in the Schedule below.
Details of the proposals may be inspected on the Council’s website at www.westnorthants.gov.uk and at Kier Highways, Brixworth Depot, Old Harborough Road, Brixworth, Northamptonshire, NN6 9BX, by appointment only.
Appointments can be arranged by telephoning 01604 529700 during normal office hours.
