Dylai unrhyw sylwadau ar y gorchmynion hwn neu wrthwynebiad iddo, gael eu hanfon yn ysgrifenedig at Swyddog Arweiniol Corfforaethol Economi ac Adfywio, Cyngor Sir Ceredigion, Neuadd Cyngor Ceredigion, Penmorfa, Aberaeron, Ceredigion SA46 0PA, erbyn 27ain o Dachwedd 2025. Cofiwch nodi ar ba sail yr ydych yn eu gwneud. Os na dderbynnir unrhyw sylwadau, neu wrthwynebiad i’r uchod, neu os tynnir y gwrthwynebiadau a wnaed yn ôl, gall Cyngor Sir Ceredigion gadarnhau’r Gorchymyn fel un heb wrthwynebiad. Os anfonir y gorchymyn at Lywodraeth Cymru er mwyn ei gadarnhau, bydd unrhyw wrthwynebiadau neu sylwadau na thynnwyd mohonynt yn ôl yn cael eu hanfon gyda’r Gorchymyn.

If anyone feels they have been wronged by the Order and wishes to question its validity, or any provision in it, he or she can (within 6 weeks from 29/10/2025) make an application to the High Court. **

Restricted Byway 6/80 Bontgoch: divert from SN6928:8705 - SN6937:8694 - SN6962:8679 - SN6963:8679 - SN6989:6879 - SN7015:8676 to a line running from SN6939:8721 - SN6953:8711 - SN6971:8708 - SN6992:8688 - SN7015:8676; also diverting from SN7070:8703 - SN7114:8716 - SN7118:8733 to a line running from SN7070:8703 - SN7081:8723 - SN7088:8747
Any representations about or objections to the Orders may be sent in writing to the Corporate Lead Officer of Economy and Regeneration Ceredigion County Council, Neuadd Cyngor Ceredigion, Penmorfa, Aberaeron, Ceredigion SA46 0PA, not later than the 27th November 2025. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Ceredigion County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to The Welsh Government for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
