ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 23
NOTICE OF PROPOSAL PROVISION OF A TOUCAN CROSSING
NEW SANDY LANE, NORTHAMPTON

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Sections 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, proposes to provide a toucan crossing in the section of road as specified in the Schedule to this Notice.

Details of the proposal may be inspected on the Council’s website at www.westnorthants.gov.uk and at Kier Highways, Brixworth Depot, Old Harborough Road, Brixworth, Northamptonshire, NN6 9BX, by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged by telephoning 01604 529700 during normal office hours.

Any person wishing to comment on or make representations regarding the proposal should do so in writing by 6th November 2025 to The Traffic Orders Section, Kier Highways, Brixworth Depot, Old Harborough Road, Brixworth, Northamptonshire, NN6 9BX, or by email to WNCParkingenquiries@kier.co.uk
