What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 THE COUNTY OF DEVON (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION)

(LOWER BROOK ROAD, TEIGNMOUTH) ORDER 2025 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council intends to make the above titled order.
From 17/11/25 for a maximum of 18 months.
Anticipated Finish 26/11/25. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to park or wait on the sections of Affected Roads.
Roads affected: LOWER BROOK ROAD, TEIGNMOUTH, (OPPOSITE CAR PARK ON LOWER BROOK ROAD TO JUNCTION OF LOWER BROOK ROAD & STATION ROAD).
THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE ROUTE. This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: WE ARE UNDERTAKING ESSENTIAL ELECTRICITY WORKS TO SUPPLY NEW ELECTRICAL CONNECTION FOR THE ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING POINTS FOR THE COUNCIL.

(WEST CLIFF ROAD, DAWLISH) (NO. 3) ORDER 2025 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC & PARKING

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order.
From 25/10/25 for a maximum of 18 months.
Anticipated Finish 2/11/25. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed or wait on the sections of Affected Roads.
Roads affected: WEST CLIFF ROAD, DAWLISH, (FROM OUTSIDE 40 WEST CLIFF ROAD TO NEAR 56 WEST CLIFF ROAD). The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - WEST CLIFF ROAD, TEIGNMOUTH HILL, TEIGNMOUTH ROAD, JOHN NASH DRIVE, OAK HILL, WEST CLIFF ROAD.
