(Temporary Traffic Regulation) Order 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that not less than 7 days from the date of this notice, WSCC intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict traffic on roads in Mid Sussex District as follows: CUCKFIELD: Cuckfield Road (B2115) road closure from Rose

Cottage Lane southwards to Sloughgreen Lane; High Street (B2036) road closed to northbound traffic from Leyton Lea southwards to Broad Street.

PYCOMBE: Clayton Hill (A273) Road closed to northbound traffic and 30MPH Speed Limit from Underhill Lane southwards to School Lane

These restrictions are needed to allow the London to Brighton Veteran Car Run to take place safely.

The Order will operate on 2 November 2025 and restrictions are expected to be in place from 1700 hours to 1700 hours. During the operative periods of this Order alternative routes for vehicles will be indicated on site. Access to properties on the affected length of road will be maintained at all times.
