INSTALLATION OF DOUBLE YELLOW LINES
ARABELLA DRIVE, SW15
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth on 8 October 2025 made the following Order under section 6 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004.
• The Wandsworth (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Areas) (Amendment No. 670) Order 2025.
2. The general effect of the Order is to install lengths of double yellow lines at Southern kerb of Arabella Drive between the 2 arms of Burke Close; Outside 24 and 50 Arabella Drive; Opposite 18 Arabella Drive; at entrance of Chestnut House and at junction with Ludovick Walk.
3. Copies of documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order, which comes into operation on 13 October 2025 are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays in The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU. The documents will remain available until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements of that Act or of any relevant regulations made under that Act have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court

PROPOSED WAITING RESTRICTIONS
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth propose to make the following Order under section 6 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004.
2. • The Wandsworth (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Areas) (Amendment No.* ) Order 202*;
3. The general effect of the Order will be to upgrade and extend the existing single yellow line to double yellow lines to improve sight lines when exiting the St Mary’s Convent car park.
4. Copies of documents giving more detailed particulars of the proposed Order are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays in The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU. The documents will remain available until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Order are made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Order.
5. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their objection to the Director of Environment and Community Services at the address below within 21 days of the date of this Notice.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14
TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF PEDESTRIANS –
CULVERT ROAD SW11
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make an order to restrict pedestrian movement in Culvert Road to facilitate New Development works.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no Person shall enter, proceed or wait along the eastern footway of Culvert Road from the junction of Battersea Park Road to the junction of Dagnall Street. There will be no waiting at any time.
3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.
4. Further information may be obtained from the Council’s Network Management section – telephone number (020) 8871 6904.
5. The order will come into operation on 20 October 2025 and will remain in place until the works are complete.
The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 19 October 2026.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14
TEMPORARY CLOSURE – BALHAM PARK ROAD SW12
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth has made an order to restrict vehicular movement in Balham Park Road to facilitate Thames Water Utility works.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Balham Park Road outside and opposite number 95. There will be no waiting at any time.
3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.
4. Further information may be obtained from the Council’s Network Management section – telephone number (020) 8871 6904.
5. The order will come into operation on 15 October 2025 and will remain in place until the works are complete.
The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 21 October 2025.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE – WILNA ROAD SW18
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth has made an order to restrict vehicular movement in Wilna Road to facilitate Southern Gas Networks utility works.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Wilna Road from the junction with Dingwall Road to the junction with Winfrith Road. There will be no waiting at any time.
3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.
4. Further information may be obtained from the Council’s Network Management section – telephone number (020) 8871 6904.
5. The order will come into operation on 13 October 2025 and will remain in place until the works are complete.
The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 10 November 2025.
