Notice is hereby given that North Yorkshire Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) & 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act & under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be to introduce the following restrictions Schedule 1 Waiting Prohibited At All Times With Exemptions U1080) Whincup Avenue, Knaresborough North West From a point 3.1 metres South West of its junction with Stockwell Road (C269) to a point 12.1 metres South West of its junction with Stockwell Road (C269) Schedule 2 Disc Parking Zones – Residents Priority Parking Exemptions Parking Places zone K zone number K3 Whincup Avenue, Knaresborough Northwest side from a point 12.1 metres Southwest of its junction with Stockwell Road to a point 24.1 metres Southwest of its junction with Stockwell Road Mon–Sat 9am to 6pm Max permitted stay 2 hours, limit on return, that day. Whincup Avenue, Knaresborough Northwest side from a point 40.3 metres Southwest of its junction with Stockwell Road to a point 139 metres Southwest of its junction with Stockwell Road Mon-Sat 9am to 6pm Max permitted stay 2 hours, limit on return, that day. Whincup Avenue, Knaresborough Southeast side from a point 67.7 metres Southwest of its junction with Stockwell Road to a point 77.2 metres Southwest of its junction with Stockwell Road. Mon-Sat 9am to 6pm Max permitted stay 2 hours, limit on return. Schedule 3 Revocations North Yorkshire Council Harrogate, Knaresborough, Pannal & Burn Bridge (Parking & Waiting) (No.16) Order 2013. In so far as it relates to Schedule 1 (No waiting at any time), items 3111 (Whincup Avenue, Knaresborough) In so far as it relates to Schedule 40 (No waiting at any time) items 726 Whincup Avenue, Knaresborough & 730 (Whincup Avenue, Knaresborough). A copy of the draft Order, together with a map showing the roads affected & a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at County Hall, Northallerton & at Knaresborough Library, Market Place, Knaresborough HG5 8AG during normal office hours from 25 to 25 & also viewed online at

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Blazefield Bank to Windmill Cottage, Blazefield Order 2025, No. 393 We intend to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Blazefield Bank to Windmill Cottage, Blazefield for a temporary period of 2 weeks (subject to access to premises) between 03/11/25 & 14/11/25, due to replacement works.
