Subject: Upcoming Parking Suspension on Hampden and Donner Road
Dear Resident & Business Owners
We wish to inform residents and business owners of an upcoming parking bays suspension on certain sections on the Hampden and Donner Road area to raise awareness and prevent potential inconvenience or fines for vehicles.
The suspension will be in effect from 30/10/2025 to 30/12/2027 and will be from 7.30am to 20.00pm. This is to facilitate the movement of vehicles and plant, the loading and unloading of materials and plant for the construction of a new care home by Corramore Holdings Ltd.
The yellow warning signs attached to poles or lamp posts near the parking bays on the roads will be erected and letters hand delivered to resident and business owners at least three to seven days in advance of the suspension, as per standard practice and to give ample notice. Vehicles parked in the suspended bays during this period may be subject to a parking charge notice or may be removed.
We would advise residents, business owners to check the yellow warning signs attached to poles or lamp posts near the parking bay on the roads carefully before parking on the Hampden & Donner Roads or surrounding roads/streets during this period.
