Southfields, Barnet - Temporary Road Closure due to Leak Detection Survey Works

SECTION 14(1)

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE

SOUTHFIELDS NW4

The BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing for the need to facilitate leak detection survey works, they intend to make an Order which will close Southfields NW4, at its junction with Watford Way, while the works take place.

The works will commence on Friday 24th October 2025 at 10.00am and is expected to last for one day. However, the works will only take place between the hours of 10am and 3pm. If for any reason the works cannot or do not commence on 24th October, they will commence on 25th November 2025.

The alternative route for motorists will be via Watford Way, Claredon Gardens and Southfields.

Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Officer in uniform or other uniformed personnel authorised by the Commissioner of the Metropolis.
