What is happening?

BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL

THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL  PROHIBITION OF WAITING, LOADING 

AND STOPPING  AND  ON STREET PARKING PLACES  ORDER 2021 

AMENDMENT NO 022 ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Buckinghamshire Council has made the above-named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on 15th October 2025.

The effect of the Order is to introduce various parking restrictions across multiple roads in the Elm Farm Estate, Aylesbury as shown below:

(To be effective 24 hours a day/7 days a week)
Ashford Close, Charmfield Road, Dalesford Road, Elm
Farm Road, Hazelhurst Drive, Hillary Close, Lynwood
Road, Mellstock Road, Pemberton Close, Waivers Way
Limited Waiting Mon - Sat 8am - 10pm 4hrs
No Return Within 4hrs
Elm Farm Road
Limited Waiting Mon - Fri 8am - 10pm 4hrs
No Return Within 4hrs
Hazelhurst Drive
Disabled Badge Holders Only Mellstock Road (next to 14 Sunderland Walk)
No Loading Mon - Sat 8am - 10am and 4pm - 7pm Elm Farm Road and Hazelhurst Drive
No Waiting Mon - Sat 8am - 10pm Elm Farm Road
No Waiting Mon - Fri 8am - 9.30am and 2.30pm-4pm Waivers Way
No StoppingMon - Fri 8am - 5pm On Entrance Markings Hazelhurst Drive
Buckinghamshire Council will also revoke (remove) the following restriction:

This Order will come into effect on Wednesday 15th October 2025. A copy of the Order, together with all supporting documents may be inspected during normal office hours at ‘Council Access Point (CAP+), Walton Street Offices, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP20 1UA’. This document can also be viewed on the Council’s website: https://yourvoicebucks.citizenspace.com/ & Traffweb.

If you wish to question the validity of this Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that this is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order, you may within six weeks from Wednesday 15th October 2025, by applying to the High Court.
