What is happening?
A copy of the application(s) described below as submitted to the Council may be inspected during normal office hours at Solihull Connect, Library Square, Touchwood, Solihull. Any written representations in respect of the proposals must be made within 21 days of publication of this Notice to the Head of Development & Regulatory Management at the address below quoting the application number concerned. The application plans may be amended before decision, but only if the Council considers the amendments substantial will representors be notified.

(Holly Lane & Chelmsley Lane, Marston Green) (Road Closure) Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2025
The Council intends to make the above Order under Sections 14 and 15 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991). Holly Lane and Chelmsley Lane — from the junction of Holly Lane to outside property no. 1 from 27 October 2025 until 8 November 2025. Works on behalf of: Cadent Gas. Reason for restriction: Gas mains replacement works. Diversion route: Bell Lane, Tile Cross Road, Bosworth Drive, Moorend Avenue, Alcott Lane, Station Road, Holly Lane. Vice versa for the opposite direction. Access will be maintained through the site for Police, Fire and Ambulance Services responding to emergencies. Pedestrian access to all properties within the restriction and access through the restriction will be maintained along defined routes throughout the period of closure. Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2025
The Council intends to make the above Order under Sections 14 and 15 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991). From Birmingham City Boundary (adjacent to Wheatsheaf Hotel access) to 151 Hobs Moat Road from 24 October until 10 November 2025. Closure will only be in place 20:00-06:00 each night. Works on behalf of: Transport for West Midlands. Reason for restriction: Resurfacing works for Sprint 2. Alternative route (northbound) via Melton Avenue, Lyndon Road, Coventry Road, New Coventry Road, and Coventry Road. Alternative route (southbound) via Lyndon Road and Melton Avenue. Access will be maintained through the site for Police, Fire and Ambulance Services responding to emergencies. Pedestrian access to all properties within the restriction and access through the restriction will be maintained along defined routes throughout the period
