(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Borders Lane, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with The Hawthorns for a distance of approximately 55m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th November 2025 for 1 day and then again on the 23rd November 2025 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (MG07277115/IC5/AC – 02 (UK) Limited). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by 02 (UK) Limited.
An alternative route is available via Borders Lane, Traps Hill, A121, A1168, Borders Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 16th October 2025 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Church Lane, Lambourne)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Lane, Lambourne in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 215m south east of its junction with Ongar Road for a distance of approximately 250m in a south easterly then south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th November 2025 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA140RFS12527896 – Gigaclear). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connections are undertaken by Gigaclear.
No diversion route is available.
The Order will come into effect on 16th October 2025 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Debden Lane, Loughton)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Debden Lane, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Ripley View for a distance of approximately 710m in a south easterly, south easterly then north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th October 2025 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2391050 – Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while road surfacing works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Loughton Lane, The Green, Piercing Hill, High Road, B1393, A121, Rectory Lane, Hillfields, Pyrles Lane, Englands Lane, Debden Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 16th October 2025 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Epping Road, Theydon Mount/Stanford Rivers in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 1170m south west of its junction with Mill Crest Road for a distance of approximately 220m in a north west then south westerly direction.
2. To temporarily close that length of Tawney Common, Stapleford Tawney in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Epping Road for a distance of approximately 45m in a south westerly direction.
These closures are scheduled to commence on 31st October 2025 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC0080GEAA0756102ASB/BC0080GEAA0756102BSB – Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. These closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Openreach.
Alternative routes are available via:
1. Epping Road, School Road, Toot Hill Road, Greensted Road, Blake Hall Road, A414, B181, B1393, Stanford Hill, Coopersale Street, Mount Road, Banks Lane, Epping Road and vice versa.
2. Tawney Common, Epping Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 2nd October 2025 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Foster Street, North Weald Bassett)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Foster Street, North Weald Bassett in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Highfield Close for a distance of approximately 150m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th October 2025 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411001WG0RC19Z – Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Parsloe Road, Epping Upland in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 85m north east of its junction with Epping Road for a distance of approximately 50m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th October 2025 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX06163889JB – Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Affinity Water.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Spains Hall Road, Willingale in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 440m north west of its junction with Pigstye Green Road for a distance of approximately 25m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th October 2025 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX04410262719 – Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while replacement works are undertaken by Affinity Water.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Wattington Road, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from a point approximately 35m south west of its junction with Feryngs Close for a distance of approximately 50m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th October 2025 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411001WG8FG81C – Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach.
