Order made: to close that part of C2172 Wilden Ln from its junction with B4193 Hartlebury Rd to its junction with U11319 Bigbury Ln.
Reason: Bridgeworks inspection by WCC.
No access for emergency services, must follow diversion route.
Alternative route: U11319 Bigbury Ln, U11318 Wilden Top Ln, B4193 Hartlebury Rd and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day.
Commencing: 13 October 2025.
(C2129 Habberley Road, Bewdley) (Temporary Closure)
Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close that part of C2129 Habberley Rd from its junction with C2129 Hoarstone Ln to its junction with U13007 Valley Cl.
Reason: Drainage Work / Flood Alleviation by WCC.
Alternative route: C2129 Habberley Rd (part), C2129 Habberley Ln, B4190 Habberley Rd, C2129 Trimpley Ln, C2129 Hoarstone Ln and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days (24hrs).
Commencing: 3 November 2025.
(U12629 Spennells Valley Road, Kidderminster)
(Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close that part of U12629 Spennells Valley Rd from its westerly junction with U12636 Heronswood Rd for a distance of 610 metres in a north easterly direction to its easterly junction with U12636 Heronswood Rd.
Reason: Tree/vegetation maintenance by WCC.
Alternative route: U12636 Heronswood Rd and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days.
Commencing: 3 November 2025.
(U12225 Salisbury Drive, Kidderminster)
(Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close that part of U12225 Salisbury Dr from its junction with U12227 Beverley Cl to its junction with U12223 Westminster Rd.
Reason: Dropped kerb for new vehicle crossing by WCC.
Alternative route: U12225 Salisbury Dr (part), U12207 Canterbury Rd and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day between 4 November 2025 and 7 November 2025.
(C2132 Rectory Lane, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close that part of C2132 Rectory Ln from its junction with A456 Tenbury Rd to its junction with C2189 Porchbrook Rd.
Reason: Carriageway patching by WCC.
Alternative route: A456 Tenbury Rd, B4202 Worcester Rd, C2189 Porchbrook Rd and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days between 5 November 2025 and 9 November 2025.
(C2016 Drakelow Lane, Wolverley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close that part of C2016 Drakelow Ln from its junction with C2019 Wolverley Village for a distance of 200 metres in a westerly direction.
Reason: New customer connection by National Grid.
Alternative route: C2019 Wolverley Village, B4189 Wolverley Rd, B4189 Shatterford Ln, C2015 Sladd Ln, C2016 Drakelow Ln (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days (24hrs). Commencing: 4 November 2025.
(U12112 Hemming Street, Kidderminster)
(Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close that part of U12112 Hemming St from its junction with U12113 Greatfield Rd to its junction with U12108 Poplar Rd.
Reason: Sewer works by STW.
Alternative route: U12108 Poplar Rd, U12111 Spencer St, U12113 Greatfield Rd and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day.
Commencing: 3 November 2025.
EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended)
(Footpath RK-676, Rock) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Order made: To close Footpath RK-676, Rock for its entire length.
The Order has been made due to a dangerous bridge and steps.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: There is no diversion route available.
The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months continuing on from 19 September 2025.
