Order made: To close that part of U47019 Church Walk from its junction with U47024 Church St to its junction with B4536 Broad St.
Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.
Alternative route: B4536 Broad St, B4084 High St, U47023 Priest Ln, U47023 Lower Priest Ln, U47019 Church Row and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days (24hrs). Commencing: 13 October 2025.

Order made: To close that part of C2007 Childswickham Rd from its junction with U45616 Pennylands Bank to its junction with B4632 Cheltenham Rd.

Order made: To close that part of A4184 Abbey Rd from its junction with U44241 Abbey Ln to its junction with A4184 Mersow Green roundabout.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing for new Taylor Wimpey site by Shannonside Civil Engineering.
Alternative route: A4184 Abbey Rd (part), A4184 Cheltenham Rd, A46 Evesham Bypass, A44 Twyford roundabout to Norton Lenchwick Bypass, A4184 Twyford Bank, A4184 Greenhill, A4184 Vine St, A4184 Abbey Rd (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 nights (20:00–06:00). Commencing: 14 October 2025.
(C2047 Station Road/U45220 Shop Lane/U45213 Drinkwater Lane, Bretforton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Proposed Order:
To close that part of:
Closure 1 – C2047 Station Road (south side of the fork only) from its junction with B4035 Shop Ln for a distance of 27 metres in a northerly direction.
Closure 2 – U45220 Shop Lane from its junction with B4035 Shop Ln to its junction with U45216 Main St.
Closure 3 – U45213 Drinkwater Lane from its junction with B4035 Main St for a distance of 30 metres in a southerly direction.
Reason: Telecoms utility works by Openreach.
Alternative route:
Closure 1 Diversion: B4035 Shop Ln, C2047 Station Rd (north side of the fork) and vice versa.
Closure 2 Diversion: B4035 Shop Ln, U45216 Main St and vice versa.
Closure 3 Diversion: B4035 Main St, U45214 Back Ln, U45213 Drinkwater Ln (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 nights (22:00–06:00). Commencing: 3 November 2025.
(U46421 New Road/Nafford Road & U46427 Glenmoor, Eckington) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Proposed Order:
To close that part of:
Closure 1 – U46421 New Road from its junction with U46425 Pass St to its junction with U46427 Glenmoor.
Closure 2 – U46421 Nafford Road from its junction with U46422 Upper End for a distance of 350 metres in an easterly direction.
Closure 3 – U46427 Glenmoor from its junction with U46421 New Rd for its entire length.
Reason: Replacement gas main by Wales & West Utilities.
Alternative route:
Diversion Closure 1: U46421 New Road – U46425 Pass St, U46425 Hacketts Ln, U46422 Upper End and vice versa.
Diversion Closure 2: U46421 Nafford Road – U46421 New Rd (part), B4080 Church St, B4080 Tewkesbury Rd, C2008 Hollands Rd, U46421 Nafford Rd (part) and vice versa.
Closure 3: No diversion due to cul-de-sac.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 75 days (24hrs). Commencing: 3 November 2025.
EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended)
(Footpath CL-528, Church Lench) (Temporary Closure Order) 2025
Order made: To close Footpath CL-528, Church Lench for its entire length.
The Order has been made due to a dangerous bridge.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U43605 Abbotts Lench Lane, C2263 Ab Lench Road and vice versa.
The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the work which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months continuing on from 25 September 2025.
