What is happening?
THE HIGHLAND COUNCIL (B9090 CLEPHANTON TO CAWDOR ROAD) (STOPPING UP) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Highland Council on 15 September 2025 made, in terms of Section 68(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the above order which will come into operation on 23 September 2025.
The Order was previously advertised by Notice in the Inverness Courier on 8 August 2025 and the effect of the Order is as described in that Notice. This date is a correction to the Final Notice published in the Inverness Courier on 23 September 2025.
A copy of the made Order, together with a copy of the relevant plan, can be inspected at the Inverness Service Point, Town House, Castle Street, Inverness, IV1 1JJ from 17 October 2025 to 28 November 2025 during normal opening hours, 10:00-12:30 and 13:30-16:30. Documents may also be found at
