ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(WYCHWOOD GROVE AREA, CLAYTON-LE-WOODS, CHORLEY BOROUGH) (20MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 202*

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Speed Limit Order under Section 84 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to introduce a 20mph speed limit on the following lengths of road:
a) Arden Drive, Clayton-le-Woods, the entire length;
b) Bedgebury Close, Clayton-le-Woods, the entire length;
c) Burnham Close,, Clayton-le-Woods, the entire length;
d) Cannock Crescent, Clayton-le-Woods, the entire length;
e) Charnwood Mews, Clayton-le-Woods, the entire length;
f) Dallington Avenue, Clayton-le-Woods, the entire length;
g) Darwin Drive, Clayton-le-Woods, the entire length;
h) Etford Close, Clayton-le-Woods, the entire length;
i) Gisburn Court, Clayton-le-Woods, the entire length;
j) Hatfield Drive, Clayton-le-Woods, the entire length;
k) Kielder Gardens, Clayton-le-Woods, the entire length;
l) Leighfield Close, Clayton-le-Woods, the entire length;
m) Mercia Grove, Clayton-le-Woods, the entire length;
n) Mortimer Place, Clayton-le-Woods, the entire length;
o) Ryton Place, Clayton-le-Woods, the entire length;
p) Sherwood Avenue, Clayton-le-Woods, the entire length;
q) Whinfell Close, Clayton-le-Woods, the entire length;
r) Whiteleaf Place, Clayton-le-Woods, the entire length;
s) Wychwood Grove, Clayton-le-Woods, the entire length;
t) Yardley Close, Clayton-le-Woods, the entire length.

A copy of the draft Order and associated documents for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Chorley Borough Council, Town Hall, Market Street, Chorley, PR7 1DP and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
