Hayling, Havant - Multiple Temporary road restrictions due to 10 mile road race

What is happening?

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order under Section 16(A) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 to allow the Hayling 10 Mile Road Race to take place out on or near the road. 
ROAD TO BE CLOSED:  Bacon Lane between its junction with Fernhurst Close and its junction with Staunton Avenue. (09:00-09:10) Staunton Avenue between its junction with Sea Front and its junction with Station Road. (09:00-10:00) Station Road between its junction with Staunton Avenue and its junction with West Lane. (09:00-09:15) West Lane between its junction with Station Road and its junction with Havant Road. (09:00-09:30) Sinah Lane between its junction with Staunton Avenue and its junction with Sea Front. (09:00-10:00) Park Road between its junction with Sinah Lane and its junction with Harbour Road. (09:00-10:00) Sea Front between its junction with Sinah Lane and its junction with Bembridge Drive. (09:30-11:00) Southwood Road between its junction with St Hermans Road and its junction with Creek Road. (09:30-11:00)
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: N/A
DURATION OF ORDER: from Sunday 2nd November 2025 for a period of 1 day or until completion of the event whichever is sooner.  (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 1 day working between the hours 09:00-11:00).  The Temporary Road Closure has been granted by Hampshire County Council to facilitate the event for Hayling 10 Mile Road Race.  A copy of this notice can be viewed: www.hants.gov.uk/publicnotices.
