Devon County Council (Exeter HATOC) (Traffic Regulation ) Amendment Order 2025 Part 2
Devon County Council made this on 8 October to come into force 9 October to introduce in EXETER: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Exwick Hill, Hanover Road, Road from Normandy Road to Stuart Road, Stuart Road & on a reduced length (from what was advertised) of Saxon Road; TOPSHAM: No Waiting At Any Time on a reduced length (from what was advertised) of Orchard Way.
These were advertised with other restrictions implemented by Devon County Council (Exeter HATOC) (Traffic Regulation) Amendment Order 2025 made on 6 August. Order & related documents may be seen at devon.ccilwrptranchel.

If you wish to question the validity of the order or any of its provisions because it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with, you may within 6 weeks from the date on which the order was made apply to the High Court for this purpose.
