What is happening?
THE CITY OF EDINBURGH COUNCIL
(TRAFFIC REGULATION; RESTRICTIONS ON WAITING,
LOADING AND UNLOADING, STOPPING AND PARKING
PLACES) (VARIATION NO. -) ORDER 202- - TRO/21/33
The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended to: 1. Reposition and extend 24/7 waiting/loading restrictions on Telford Rd; 2. Reposition 24/7 waiting/loading restrictions on Groathill Ave; 3. Amend existing day time waiting/loading restrictions to 24/7 waiting/ loading restrictions on Groathill Ave; 4. Remove a disabled persons’ parking place and extend the existing 24/7 waiting/ loading restrictions on Telford Dr; and 5. Reposition 24/7 waiting/loading restrictions on Telford Dr. Details of the draft Order and related documents, including our privacy notice, can be viewed online at consultation.appyway.com/ edinburgh-city, from 10/10/2025 to 07/11/2025 by following the link to “Proposals in consultation” under reference TRO/21/33 or at www.tellmescotland.gov.uk. Documents can also be viewed at Waverley Court Reception, 4 East Market St, Edinburgh, EH8 8BG between 9:30am & 3:30pm Mon-Fri during the same period. Objectors must complete the form found via the “Proposals in consultation” link referred to above, or state their reasons in writing quoting reference TRO/21/33 to Traffic Orders at the above address, not later than 07/11/2025. Objections should state the name and address of the objector. If you are responding to this consultation and your comments or objection relate to any specific location/s or element/s of the proposal, it would be helpful if you could identify them in your submission.
