Oxenhope, Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic Due To Telecom Works
What is happening?
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL STATION ROAD / DENHOLME ROAD, OXENHOPE TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of Spectrum Communications Ltd (Telecommunication) works to be executed on or near Station Road / Denholme Road, Oxenhope has made the above-named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Station Road / Denholme Road from its junction with Yate Lane to a point outside The Vestry.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order are available via Denholme Road (unaffected section), Station Road, Keighley Road, Hebden Road, Brow Top Road, Haworth Road, Halifax Road, Keighley Road, Main Road, Long Causeway and vice versa.
The Order comes into operation at 08:00 hours on the 13* October 2025 and remains in force until 18:00 hours on the 19th of October 2025 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
