What is happening?
CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL (WAITING LOADING AND PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO.10) ORDER 2025 SPRING GARDENS LANE AND WOODVILLE ROAD, KEIGHLEY
NOTICE Is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 7 October 2025 under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which is to introduce no waiting at any time restrictions on lengths of Spring Gardens Lane and Woodville Road in Keighley.
The Order comes into force on 13 October 2025. A copy of the Order together with documents giving more detailed particulars may be: examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford, BD1 1HY or Keighley Town Hall, Bow Street, Keighley, BD21 3PA; or examined on the Council's website at https://www.bradford.gov.uk/transport-and-travel/highways/traffic-regulation-order; or obtained from Ayatt Abayes, Assistant Engineer - Department of Place, by email at Ayatt. Abayes@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number 105750/CON 1A. If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made (i.e. 7 October 2025) apply to the High Court for this purpose.
