What is happening?

CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL(WAITING LOADING AND PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO.11) ORDER 2025

B6382 WHEATLEY LANE, BEN RHYDDING

NOTICE is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 7 October 2025 under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which is to introduce no waiting at any time restrictions on lengths of the B6382 Wheatley Lane in Ben Rhydding.

The Order comes into force on 13 October 2025. A copy of the Order together with documents giving more detailed particulars may be: examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford, BD1 1HY or at Ilkley Library, Station Road, Ilkley, LS29 8HA; or examined on the Council’s website at https://www.bradford.gov.uk/transport and-travel/highways/traffic-regulation-order; or obtained from Chris Hird, Traffic Engineer – Department of Place, by email at chris.hird@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number 106067/CON-1A. If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made (i.e. 7 October 2025) apply to the High Court for this purpose.
