North Yorkshire, Temporary Road Closures Due To Various Works
What is happening?
North Yorkshire CouncilTemporary Prohibition of Traffic, Mewith Lane to County Boundary, Mewith, Order 2025, No. 353 We have made this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Mewith Lane to County Boundary, Mewith for a temporary period (subject to access to premises) between 15/10/25 & 19/12/25, due to Yorkshire Water mains renewal works. However, the max duration of this Order is until 15/04/26. The closure period will be indicated by traffic signs & a local alternative route will be signed on site where appropriate. Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Royd Close, Cross Hills, Order 2025, No. 377 We intend to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Royd Close, Cross Hills for a temporary period of (subject to access to premises) between 27/10/25 & 14/11/25, due to Northern Gas Networks works to replace the gas main. However, the max duration of this Order is until 27/01/26. The closure period will be indicated by traffic signs & a local alternative route will be signed on site where appropriate.
