EAST AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(Pine Road, Kilmarnock - Grange) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2025
On 07 October 2025 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, to allow Carriageway Resurfacing
Temporary Road Closure – Pine Road, Kilmarnock - Grange, Full Length.
The Order commences on 25 October 2025 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 25 October 2025 at 08:00 until 16 November 2025 at 17:00
The road is expected to be closed between 08:00 and 17:00 each day with it being open out-with these times.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
Emergency Services access will not be affected and access for residents, deliveries and pedestrians’ out-with the working zone will be maintained.
An alternative route will be signed via - Jasmine Road, Hazel Avenue and vice versa
EAST AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(Anderson Place, Bannerman Drive,Drummond Place, Kilmarnock - New Farm Loch) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2025
On 07 October 2025 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, to allow Carriageway Improvements
Temporary Road Closure – Anderson Place, Bannerman Drive, Drummond Place, Kilmarnock - New Farm Loch, Bannerman Drive - Full length northwards from its junction with Murray Place.
Anderson Place - Full Length
Drummond Place - Full Length.
The Order commences on 25 October 2025 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 25 October 2025 at 08:00 until 23 November 2025 at 17:00
The road is expected to be closed between 08:00 and 17:00 each day with it being open out-with these times.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
Emergency Services access will not be affected and access for residents, deliveries and pedestrians’ out-with the working zone will be maintained when possible and safe to do so.
Local diversions will be in place as the works progress
EAST AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(B730 Stair Bridge , Mauchline) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2025
On 07 October 2025 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, to allow Bridge Parapet Repairs.
Temporary Road Closure – B730 Stair Bridge, Mauchline, For 10m either side of the bridge.
The Order commences on 20 October 2025 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 20 October 2025 at 07:00 with the closure remaining in place until 31 October 2025 at 17:00.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
Access for Emergency Services, residents and deliveries’ out-with the working zone will be maintained via diversion route.
An alternative route will be signed via B730/A70/A77/B743/B730 and vice versa.
For high sided vehicles B730/A70/U728/B7046/B730/A70/A77/B743/B730 and vice versa.

(C3 Barskimming Road, Mauchline)
(Temporary Road Closure & Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2025
On 07 October 2025 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to allow Carriageway Resurfacing.
Road Closure – C3 Barskimming Road, Mauchline, For 380m - From Loudoun Street to Park View.
No Waiting At Any Time – C3 Barskimming Road, Mauchline, For 380m - From Loudoun Street to Park View (both sides for a road).
The Order commences on 18 October 2025 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 18 October 2025 at 08:00 until 02 November 2025 at 18:00.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order restrictions will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
Emergency Services access will not be affected and access for residents, deliveries and pedestrians’ out-with the working zone will be maintained when possible and safe to do so.
An alternative route is C3, C49, A70 Ochiltree to Cumnock, A76 to Mauchline, B743 Loudoun Street and vice versa.
Note there is a Low Rail Bridge (13’6’’) Present on C3 Barskimming Road.
EAST AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(Milton Road , Crookedholm) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2025
On 07 October 2025 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, to allow BT Works.
Temporary Road Closure – Milton Road, Crookedholm, For 1.5km Eastbound from junction Grougar Road
The Order commences on 25 October 2025 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 25 October 2025 at 08:00 with the closure remaining in place until 07 November 2025 at 17:00.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
Emergency Services access will not be affected and access for residents, deliveries and pedestrians’ out-with the working zone will be maintained.
An alternative route will be signed via Grougar Road, Main Road, Galston Road A71,A719,C33,U38 and vice versa
SOUTH AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(Troweir Road, Girvan) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2025
On 02 October 2025 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, to allow Scottish Water Works.
Temporary Road Closure – Troweir Road, Girvan - From Junction With Maxwell Street To Junction With Nursery Court.
The Order commences on 20 October 2025 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 20 October 2025 at 09:30 with the closure remaining in place until 29 October 2025 at 16:30.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
Access for Emergency Services, residents and deliveries and out-with the working zone will be maintained via diversion route.
An alternative route will be signed via North Drive, The Avenue, Church Square, Montgomerie Street and Vice Versa.
SOUTH AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(B730 Stair Bridge , Mauchline) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2025
On 02 October 2025 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, to allow Bridge Parapet Repairs.
