Mae’r Cyngor yn bwriadu, heb fod yn llai na 7 diwrnod o 15/10/2025, wneud Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Ceredigion (C1139 Glaspwll, Machynlleth) (Gwaharddiad Dros Dro ar Draffig Trwodd) 2025 er mwyn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd y briffordd honno. Cedwir mynediad i gerddwyr. Y llwybr amgen ar gyfer traffig sy’n teithio tua’r dwyrain o fan i’r gorllewin o’r ffordd sydd ar gau yw teithio ar hyd yr A487T i’r gyffordd â’r C2168. Trowch i’r dde i’r C2168 a theithiwch i’r gyffordd â’r C1139 a man i’r dwyrain o’r ffordd sydd ar gau yng Nglaspwll; ac yn y drefn arall. Cyfanswm pellter o tua 5 milltir. Y bwriad yw y bydd y Gorchymyn yn dod i rym ar 27/10/2025 a bydd yn parhau nes bod gwaith cynnal a chadw’r briffordd a rhoi wyneb newydd arni wedi’i gwblhau – tua 5 wythnos. Efallai y gwna’r Gorchymyn barhau mewn grym am 18 mis.

Ceredigion County Council
The Council intends, not less than 7 days from 15/10/2025, to make the Ceredigion County Council (C1139 Glaspwll, Machynlleth) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2025 to prohibit any vehicle proceeding along that highway. Pedestrian access maintained. The alternative route for eastbound traffic from a point west of the closure is to travel along the A487T to its junction with the C2168. Turn right into the C2168 and travel to its junction with C1139 and a point east of the closure at Glaspwll; and vice versa. A total distance of approximately 5 miles. It is intended that the Order will come into force on 27/10/2025 and will remain until highway support and resurfacing works are completed – approximately 5 weeks. The Order may continue in force for 18 months.
