Temporary Closure of Broughton Lane

Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Broughton Lane - from the junction with Staple Fitzpaine Road, eastwards for a total distance of 33 metres. This Order will enable Raleigh Construction to carry out building repair works.

The Order becomes effective on 23rd October 2025 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 27th October 2025 and last until 2nd January 2026 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 68 days.
