What is happening?

City of Stoke-on-Trent (Traffic Regulation) (Colclough Lane, Goldenhill) (No.10) Order, 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Stoke on Trent made an Order on the 23 September 2025 under Sections 1, 2, 4, 122 and 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 (as amended). The Order shall come into operation on the 8 October 2025. The effect of this Order is as follows: -

1.To introduce double yellow lines on
(i)Mobberley Road (W Side) from its junction with Colclough Lane for 26m 

2.To introduce a zebra crossing (3.1m x width of carriageway) in the following location

(i)Colclough Lane approximately 9.5m from its junction with Sandy Road

A copy of this Order may be examined online at stoke.tarffweb.app via Traffic Orders. If you wish to question the validity of this Order or any provision in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the above Act or on the grounds that the requirements of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks of the date hereof apply to the High Court for this purpose.
