Enfield, Temporary Parking Suspensions & Road Closures Due To Utility Works
What is happening?
LONDON BOROUGH OF ENFIELD
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section (14.1) - The Council Of The London Borough Of Enfield Intend To Make The Temporary Traffic Orders Described Below.
CHASE SIDE EN2 - 4609
Reason for 14(1) Order - Essential Utility Works
Operational Date and times: "At any time' on 16th October 2025 for 1 day or until works are completed.
The general effect of the Order would be to close this road from a point outside No.212 and its junction with Lavender Hill for approximately 20 metres southwards.
Whilst this road is closed local diversions would be in place.
BOWES ROAD N11 - 4610
Reason for 14(1) Order - Essential Utility works
Operational Date and times: "At any time" on 16th October 2025 for 3 days or until works are completed.
The general effect of the Order would be to suspend on this road from a point between No.s 444-460/462, on both sides of the carriageway.
BULLSMOOR LANE EN1 - 4611
Reason for 14(1) Order - Essential Utility Works
Operational Date and times: "At any time" on 17th October 2025 for 9 weeks or until works are completed.
The general effect of the Order would be to suspend parking on this road for approximately 55 metres eastwards, on both sides of the carriageway.
ST STEPHENS ROAD AND HERTFORD ROAD EN3 - 4611A
Reason for 14(1) Order - Essential Utility Works
Operational Date and times: "At any time" on 17th October 2025 for 20 days or until works are completed.
The general effect of the Order would be to:
St Stephens Road EN3
Close this road and suspend parking from its junction with Hertford Road to the common boundary of No.s 14/16 on both sides of the carriageway; and
Hertford Road EN3
Close the southbound cycle lane between No.s 563/565.
Whilst this road is closed local diversions will be in place.
THEOBALDS PARK ROAD EN1 - 4612
Reason for 14(1) Order - Essential Utility Works
Operational Date and times: : "At any time" on 20th October 2025 for 5 days or until works are completed.
The general effect of the Order would be to suspend parking on this road from its junction with Rosewood Drive for approximately 80 metres westwards, to the junction with Wroxham Gardens.
FOTHERINGHAM ROAD AND CECIL ROAD EN1 - 4613
Reason for 14(1) Order - Essential Utility Works
Operational Date and times: "At any time" on 20th October 2025 for 5 days or until works are completed.
The general effect of the order would be to;
Fotheringham Road EN1
Close this road and suspend parking from its junction with Southbury Road to the common boundary of No.s 10/12 on both sides of the carriageway; and
Cecil Avenue EN1
Suspend parking on this road, from a point outside the common boundary of No.s 71/73 - No.91 on both sides of the carriageway.
Whilst this road is closed local diversions will be in place.
TURKEY STREET AND WINNINGTON ROAD EN3 - 4614
Reason for 14(1) Order - Essential Utility Works
Operational Date and times: "At any time" on 20th October 2025 for 6 weeks or until works are completed.
The general effect of the order would be to;
Turkey Street EN3
Suspend parking on this road, from opposite its junction with Winnington Road to the common boundaries of No.s 5/7, on both sides of the road.
Winnington Road EN3
Close this road at its junction with Turkey Street. Whilst this road is closed local diversions will be in place.
ST STEPHENS ROAD EN3 - 4615
Reason for 14(1) Order - Essential Utility Works
Operational Date and times: "At any time" on 20th October 2025 for 6 weeks or until works are completed.
The general effect of the order would be to suspend parking on this road, between No.s 1 and 11/13, for approximately 30 metres either side.
