Castles Hill - Temporary Road Closure To Install A New Connection

Temporary Closure of Castles Hill
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along: Castles Hill - from the junction with Ludney Lane, north-westwards for a total distance of 90 metres.
This Order will enable Wessex Water to install a new connection.
The Order becomes effective on 23rd October 2025 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 27th October 2025 and last until 31st October 2025 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 5 days.
