(Temporary Road Closure) Order 2025

The North Ayrshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order. B7049 Eglington Street and The Cross, Beith (between B706 Junction and Main Street Junction) will be closed 8am to 6pm each day on 14/10/25 and 15/10/25 or whenever finished earlier for Carriageway Improvement works. A controlled access will be maintained for emergency vehicles, residents, and deliveries for local businesses only. Diversion routes will be clearly signposted.
