Temporary Restriction of Vehicular Traffic Order 2025 Betterton Drive, Longmead Drive, Davenport Road, Sidcup - Notice of Making an Order

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an order has been made, to enable highway improvement works by a council contractor on behalf of London Borough of Bexley, the effects of which will be the introduction of: • Prohibition of traffic (Road Closure) in Betterton Drive from the junction with Longmead Drive to the junction with Riverside Road, Sidcup • Prohibition of traffic (Road Closure) in Longmead Drive at the junction with Betterton Drive, Sidcup • Prohibition of traffic (Road Closure) in Davenport Road at the junction with Betterton Drive, Sidcup • No waiting no loading (Parking Restrictions) as detailed in Schedule One of this order

  2. The Order will come into effect on 13 October 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 2 Days.

  3. Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be provided via, • Longmead Drive, Kimberley Drive, Maylands Drive, Riverside Road and reverse

  4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

  5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

Temporary Restriction of Vehicular Traffic Order 2025 Woodlands Road and Harlington Road, Bexleyheath - Notice of Making an Order

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an order has been made, to enable JDT Utilities on behalf of Southern Gas Networks to undertake their Gas Mains Replacement works, the effects of which will be the introduction of: • Prohibition of traffic Woodlands Road, entire length • Prohibition of traffic Harlington Road, entire length • Waiting restriction and Loading prohibition entire length of road, both sides of the carriageway • Waiting restriction and Loading prohibition entire length of the road, both sides of the carriageway Restrictions to be removed when not required.

  2. The Order will come into effect on 13 October 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 10 Weeks.

  3. Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be provided via: Woodlands Road Avenue Road, Broadway, Church Road, Woodlands Road, and reverse Harlington Road Stratton Road, Glengall Road, Woodlands Road, and reverse

  4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

  5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an order has been made, to enable JDT Utilities on behalf of Southern Gas Networks to undertake their Gas Mains Replacement work, the effects of which will be the introduction of: • Prohibition of traffic on Lincoln Road, Erith – entire length of the road as and when required in phases. • Prohibition of traffic on Lincoln Close, Erith from No 49 Lincoln Close to the junction with Lincoln Road, Welling as and when required. • Waiting restriction and Loading prohibition in Lincoln Road, Erith – entire length of the road as and when required in phases. • Waiting restriction and Loading prohibition in Lincoln Close, Welling from No. 49 to the junction with Lincoln Road as and when required. Restrictions will be removed when not required.

  2. The Order will come into effect on 13 October 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 10 weeks.

  3. Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be provided via: Lincoln Road Whitehall Lane, Howbury Lane, Lincoln Road, and reverse Lincoln Close Access to be maintained for residents and emergency vehicles.

  4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

  5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

  1.   4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

  5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an order has been made, to enable JDT Utilities on behalf of Southern Gas Networks to undertake their Gas Mains Replacement works, the effects of which will be the introduction of: • Prohibition of traffic on Denton Road, Welling from the junction with Lodge Hill to the junction with Hadlow Road, Welling • Waiting restriction and Loading prohibition in Denton Road, Welling from the junction with Lodge Hill to the junction with Hadlow Road, Welling

  2. The Order will come into effect on 15 October 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 3 days.

  3. Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be provided via: Hadlow Road, Langley Road, Lodge Hill and reverse

  4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

Temporary Restriction of Vehicular Traffic Order 2025 Barnehurst Close, Bexleyheath - Notice of Intention

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable JDT Utilities Ltd on behalf of Southern Gas Networks to undertake their Gas Mains Replacement works, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of: • Prohibition of traffic on the entire length of Barnehurst Close, Bexleyheath • Waiting restriction and Loading prohibition the entire length of Barnehurst Close, Bexleyheath, both sides of the carriageway. Restrictions to be removed when not required.

  2. The Order will come into effect on 20 October 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 4 weeks.

  3. Whilst the works are in progress, no alternative route will be provided; however, access will always be maintained for vehicles and emergency services.

  4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

  5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an order has been made, to enable gas mains replacement works by JDT Utilities on behalf of Southern Gas Networks, the effects of which will be the introduction of: • Prohibition of traffic (Road Closure) for the entire length of Blackthorn Grove, Bexleyheath as and when works require • No waiting no loading (Parking Restrictions) both sides of carriageway from outside 19 to outside 84 Blackthorn Grove, Bexleyheath

  2. The Order will come into effect on 9 October 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 4 weeks.

  3. Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will not be provided, • Access will be maintained for residents and emergency vehicles

  4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

Temporary Restriction of Vehicular Traffic Order 2025 Thames Road, Crayford - Notice of Intention

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable SMOP Clean Tech on behalf of Aurora Utilities to install electrical ducting to feed new commercial site, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of: • Prohibition of traffic on the side of the dual carriageway closest to Crayford Creek Road – closed from the roundabout with Crayford Way to the roundabout with Kennet Road under Phase 1 • Prohibition of traffic on the side of the dual carriageway closest to Iron Mill Lane to be closed from the roundabout with Crayford Way to the roundabout with Kennet Road under Phase 2 Restrictions to be removed when not required.

  2. The Order will come into effect on 17 October 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 8 days.

  4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

  5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
