ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984 – SECTION 14(1)

AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT, 1991

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING

(LONG STREET, WALSALL) ORDER OCTOBER 2025

Notice is hereby given that Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council intends, not less than 7 days from the date of this notice, to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prevent any vehicles from waiting on that length of carriageway and adjacent footway that is situated on:

• LONG STREET, WALSALL southeastern side from a point approximately 57 metres southwest of its junction with Clement Street, southwestwards for approximately 25 metres.

Reason for Order: To facilitate coach/bus movements and reduce the likelihood of danger to the public.

This ORDER will come into operation on Monday 20 October 2025. The Order will remain in force for a period of eighteen months.
