ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(WALTON SUMMIT ROAD, BAMBER BRIDGE, SOUTH RIBBLE BOROUGH) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING AND LOADING) ORDER 202*
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to:
1) Introduce a prohibition of waiting in Walton Summit Road, Walton Summit Industrial Estate, Bamber Bridge, the south east side, from a point 32 metres north east of its junction with the centreline of Reedfield Place for a distance of 44 metres in a south westerly direction.
2) Introduce a prohibition of loading and unloading in Walton Summit Road, Walton Summit Industrial Estate, Bamber Bridge, the south east side, from a point 32 metres north east of its junction with the centreline of Reedfield Place for a distance of 44 metres in a south westerly direction.
A copy of the draft Order and associated documents for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of South Ribble Borough Council, Civic Centre, West Paddock, Leyland, PR25 1DH and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
