What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATIONS ACT 1984

NOTICE is hereby given that the Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council proposes to make the following Order
under Sections 1, 2, and 3 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.

WALSALL METROPOLITAN BOROUGH

(B4154 WALSALL ROAD, PELSALL)

(PROHIBITION OF HEAVY COMMERCIAL VEHICLES) ORDER 2025


RESTRICTIONS UNDER THE ORDER
The Order will bring into effect a prohibition of vehicles with a maximum gross weight of or exceeding 7.5 tonnes on the B4154 Walsall Road, Pelsall from its junction with Hall Lane/Vicarage Road southwards for 70 metres.

Full details of these proposals are contained in the Draft Order and plan which show the roads subject to the Order and the extent and details of the controls proposed. This Order and the plan along with a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined by appointment at The Civic Centre, Darwall Street, WALSALL, during normal office hours.
