What is happening?

The Council of the City of Salford intends to make in no less than 7 days under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984: 
SALFORD CITY COUNCIL (WORSLEY DEFINITIVE FOOTPATH 135) TEMPORARY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2025.

The Order will introduce a footpath closure on Worsley Definitive Footpath 135 from the junction of Semington View to the rear of Jade Street, Walkden. The Order is necessary for essential landscape works on behalf of Salford City Council. The order is due to come into operation on Monday 3rd November 2025 and will last for a period of 6 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The diversion routes are via Semington View - Hilton Lane - Trent Drive - Worsley Definitive Footpath 136, vice versa.
