ORDER 202_ - TRO/25/13
The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, to 1. Amend and relocate greenway loading places and red line stopping restrictions on Leven St; 2. Replace a shared use parking bay and a 24 hour waiting restriction with a 24 hour waiting restriction and loading prohibition on Valleyfield St; 3. Replace part of a daytime waiting restriction with a 24 hour waiting restriction and loading prohibition on Leven Ter; and 4. Introduce an exemption for pedal cycles to the existing one way restriction (West to East direction) on Valleyfield St. Details of the draft Order and related documents, including our privacy notice, can be viewed online at consultation.appyway.com/edinburgh-city from 10/10/25 to 07/11/25 by following the link to “Proposals in consultation” under reference TRO/25/13 or online at www.edinburgh.gov.uk/trafficorders or at www.tellmescotland.gov.uk. Documents can also be viewed at Waverley Court Reception between 9:30am & 3:30pm Mon-Fri during the same period. Objectors must state their reasons in writing with reference TRO/25/13 to Traffic Orders, Waverley Court, 4 East Market St, Edinburgh, EH8 8BG, or by email to TRO.consultations@edinburgh.gov.uk, not later than 07/11/25. Objections should state the name and address of the objector, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.
